Chapter 1

Part 2 — Recognition

Everyone froze.

The small golden light continued to blink slowly, even though no one had touched the ignition control.

The five experts approached at the same time.

One of them frowned.

This doesn't make sense... the system remains offline.

Another tried to explain that it must be an electrical fault.

But the young mechanic shook his head.

— It's not a mistake.

The silence grew even heavier.

The billionaire crossed his arms and smiled arrogantly.

Then explain it to us.

The boy approached the dashboard and ran his hand over a discreet golden piece.

A small click was heard.

A hidden lid slowly slid to the side.

Several employees exchanged surprised glances.

None of them knew that compartment existed.

Inside, there was a completely different identification reader from the systems used in other hypercars.

The young man plugged in the small diagnostic connector.

At that same instant, new golden lights swept across the entire body of the vehicle.

The doors unlocked automatically.

The enormous central screen lit up for the first time.

The crowd let out a murmur of astonishment.

The billionaire was no longer smiling.

How did you know that system was hidden there?

The young man looked calmly at the prototype.

Because that's how he was born.

The words echoed throughout the hall.

The experts were left without an answer.

One of them slowly approached the dashboard and noticed something even stranger.

A message appeared in the lower corner of the screen that had never been seen before.

Authorized access. Recognized creator.

The stand manager turned pale.

He read the sentence again to make sure he wasn't mistaken.

Then he looked up at the young mechanic.

Creator…?

The boy did not answer.

He simply placed his hand on the steering wheel.

It was then that the engine finally began to awaken, emitting a deep vibration that made the entire stand tremble.

But before it could fully start up, a second message appeared on the screen.

A protected message that could only be opened by a single person.

May you like

And it contained a name that no one in that room expected to see.
